Cheer Competes in Annual Heart Championships
Culver-Stockton Cheer competed in the annual Heart of America Athletic Conference Championships hosted by Grand View University Saturday in Des Moines, Iowa.
The Wildcats were sitting in ninth place after the prelim round with a score of 69.02. C-SC improved its score in the finals by over 10 points, registering a score of 79.27 to finish at 76.71 overall for the competition to place eighth overall in the event. The eighth place finish was one spot better than last year's ninth place finish.
Missouri Valley was crowned the Heart Competitive Cheer Champions with a score of 92.92
Ten programs competed for the Heart Cheer Championships.
