Evitts Earns All-Tournament Honors at NAIA West Open
The Culver-Stockton men's bowling team placed seventh at the NAIA West Open over the weekend in Lawrence, Kan.
On Saturday, the Wildcats registered 4,928 total pins in five team games, an average of 985. 6 pins per game. Jake Evitts earned an all-tournament team nod with a fifth place finish after garnering 1,066 total pins, an average of 213.2. Phillip Heuser recorded 1,000 total pins and had an average of 200, while Levi Staley was the only other C-SC bowler to roll five games, finishing with 934 total pins, or an average of 186.8.
On Sunday, C-SC participated in 25 baker game and totaled 4,755 total pins for an average of 190.2 per game.
The Wildcats will play in the Hoosier Classic next Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 14-15, in Indianapolis, Ind.
