No. 3 Park Powers Way Past Wildcats

The Culver-Stockton men's volleyball team had a tough assignment Thursday night against third-ranked Park University.

The Pirates more than doubled the kill count against the Wildcats en route to a 25-10, 25-18, 25-11 Heart of America Athletic Conference victory at Charles Field House.

Park held a 36-17 edge in kills and a 33-16 advantage in digs. The Pirates also had nine team blocks to the Wildcats' 4.5 team blocks.

Henry Reeves led the Wildcats with five terminations while Riko Davis had four kills. Clyde Harold and Cooper Varner added three kills each, while Matt Reese had 10 set assists. Reeves and Reese each had one service ace.

The Wildcats conclude a three-match week with a non-conference match on Friday, Feb. 13, against Saint Ambrose University. First serve is set for 6 p.m. at Charles Field House.
