Moore, Evitts Named to Heart All-Conference Bowling Teams
The Culver-Stockton College bowling teams placed two bowlers on the 2026 Heart of America Athletic Conference All-Conference Team, the league announced earlier this week.
The women's team was represented by Rachel Moore who was recognized on the first team for the third consecutive year, while Jake Evitts represented the men's team and was named to the second team for the second consecutive season.
Moore, a junior from Keokuk, Iowa (Keokuk HS), appeared in all eight events and bowled in all 41 games for the Wildcats. She registered two first place finishes, winning at the Kegel ISBPA Collegiate Classic and the NAIA West Open. She also recorded four top five finishes and five top 10 finishes. Moore averaged 201.73 pinfalls per game, including 202.63 pins in tier one events.
Evitts, a senior from Kenosha, Wis. (Indian Trail HS), competed in nine total events and bowled 44 games this season, averaging a score of 198.59 pins per game. Evitts averaged 200 or more pins per game in five of the nine events with his best event being the NAIA West Open and the Columbia 300 Western Shootout. In both events, Evitts averaged 213.0 pins per game. Evitts registered three top 25 finishes during the season, including one top five and two top 10.
The women's team are scheduled to compete in the Intercollegiate Team Sectionals March 14-15, at the Smyrna Bowling Center in Smyrna, Tenn. The men have completed their season.
