The Culver-Stockton women's soccer team was held to its lowest shot total of the season in suffering its first loss of the season Ellison Poulton Stadium Wednesday night.
The Wildcats were limited to four overall shots and just one shot on goal in the 3-0 Heart of America Athletic Conference to Park University. The previous low shot total was six in a 2-2 tie at Dordt (Iowa). The one shot on goal was a season-low.
Alayna Chandler-Gutierrez registered a team-best two shots overall, including the only shot on goal. Halle Jennex and Breah Morris also recorded shots for the Wildcats.
C-SC (4-1-1 overall and 1-1-0 in the Heart) will try to bounce back this Saturday, Sept. 13, when they play at Missouri Baptist University in St. Louis. Game time is slated for 4 p.m.
